Learning outcomes
At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
The first objective is to give an overview of the rules applicable to different types of expressions (e.g. press, audio and video, internet) at the Belgian, European and international level. The student will learn to identify the legal issues relating to expression in different media (traditional, social networks), the responsibilities of the different actors (author, publisher, intermediary, user, public) and the mechanisms to balance the rights and interests of the interested parties. | |
