Main themes
The lesions of soft fabrics, traumatology, the prostheses articular and the rhumatology constitute the principal matter of pathologies of the musculo-skeletal system. Pathology, the indications kiné, the assessment and the evaluation of the functional capacities, the techniques of kiné are taught. Demonstration private clinics supplement this teaching.

Content
The aim of this course is to give a general survey of the common orthopaedic problems in adults and children and adolescents regarding the physiotherapeutic practice (spine, articular and musculo-tendinous ..) including physiopathology and risk factors. The course will discuss about the most common fractures and rhumatologic diseases. The course also introduces the EBM (evidence based medicine) and EBP (evidence based practice) concepts as well as the medical imagery. The course focuses on assessement and therapy to be conducted by the physical therapistÂ
