Connection to copiers

UCLouvain students and staff

The system recognises all UCLouvain students and staff by default.

1st connection

> Scan your card on the copier's card reader.

> Enter your UCLouvain username and password.

This links the card to the user account.

After...

Just scan your card on the card reader to identify yourself.
Before leaving the copier, make sure you log out by scanning your card on the card reader.

External user with UCLouvain access card

1st connection

> Create a myPrint account.

> An eight-digit user code and a password are provided to you.

> Scan your card on the copier's card reader.

> Enter your myPrint user code and password.

This operation links the card to the user account.

External user without UCLouvain access card

1st connection

> Create a myPrint account.

> An eight-digit user code and password are provided to you.

> On the copier, enter your myPrint user code and password.

You will be asked for your user code each time you log in. Keep it handy.
Before leaving the copier, make sure to log out by pressing the 鈥楧茅connexion鈥� (鈥楲ogout鈥�) button from the PCC (Print copy and control) menu.
