For requesting items outside UCLouvain collections
Costs are borne by the requester and will be billed for any registered and satisfied request. In some cases, a deposit may be required when ordering. For requests for newspaper articles or part of a work in PDF, 鈧�2.50 will be added to cover billing costs.
Preferential rates have been concluded between libraries using the "shuttle" delivery type.
