Admission Criteria & Doctoral Regulations at UCLouvain听
Admission criteria are defined in the听UCLouvain Doctoral Regulation(for all the students who register for the first time听after 14/09/2014).
For the students who registered (even for the pre-admission)听before 14/09/2014, the听听 is implemented.
In 2024-2025, the next deadlines for sending your demands to the Doctoral Committee are:
- 09/09/2024
- 18/11/2024
- 17/02/2025
- 18/05/2025
The demands to the doctoral committee for management sciences must be sent to听phd.lsm@uclouvain.be.听The demands sent after the deadlines announced above will be examined at the next meeting.听For any demand to the LSM Doctoral Committee, please only use the official forms and send all your documents in a听single PDF file.听
Admission (and pre-admission) demands can be sent at any moment of the year at the deadlines announced, to phd.lsm@uclouvain.be.

Registration at UCLouvain
