When the writing authorization is given,听the PhD administrative coordinator听will send a听鈥榳ord鈥� template for the layout of the thesis,听a file named听鈥榠nfos couvertures theses-sant茅鈥� regarding the cover听as well as a听memento created听to help the PhD student.
