Free Student Enrolment

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE () 听 for the course I wish to take = optional, but highly recommended ! I fill in the online form 铀� 铀� I receive an authorisation听by e-mail from the ILV Secretariat I send this authorisation, also by e-mail, to the SIC (UCLouvain Enrolment Service), which will then formalise my enrolment as a free student on one or more ILV language courses. 听 After the official enrolment 听 Depending on the language, I register for one of the course groups on (open source e-learning platform) 听 I activate my Dashboard ('Bureau virtuel') 听 To obtain a certificate (last level acquired) or to porgress to the next level, I must... 听 register for the course in order to register for the exam register for the exam in order to take it ! 听 take the exam 鈻� the orientation test for French courses, at the beginning of the term, is not a pass exam for the previous level ! pass the exam with a minimum of 10/20.

铀� From 3 to 10 credits = 139,20 鈧�

铀� 11 credits or more = 139,20 鈧� + 90,00 鈧� per course

鈻� up to 30 ECTS
for official UCLouvain Students (students enrolled in an academic programme)

鈻� up to 20 ECTS
for unofficial students (students not enrolled in an academic programme)
