Camilla Scola est une étudiante PhD affectée au Centre de recherche Interdisciplinaire, Démocratie, Institutions, Subjectivité (CRiDis) de l'Institute for the Analysis of Change in Contemporary and Historical Societies (IACCHOS). Camilla est également assistante d' enseignement à la Louvain School of Management (LSM) dans le département Strategy and Organizations (STOR), depuis septembre 2017.Â
Ses précédentes é³Ù³Ü»å±ð²õ inspirent ses intérêt de recherche. Camilla a un Master en gestion des Ressources Humaines (septembre 2017) à  UCLouvain, École de science du travail (EST). Elle a un bac en philosophie (décembre 2013) à Università degli Studi di Milano (110/110, Cum Laude).Â
Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur les dilemmes éthiques, créés par les pratiques de gestion: afin de surmonter les injustices vécues au travail, Camilla s'intéresse aux modèles de justice.
