Contenu
Each lecturer covers one aspect of innovation and research in nutrition related to his/her expertise, and the students are invited to make an oral presentation of one research paper related to the topic. The acquisition of competencies such as the elaboration of a protocol to answer a research question, quality of an oral presentation, critical analysis of published dataset, evaluation of the relevance and novelty of data in the field  of nutrition are part of the objectives.

-revisiting concepts in nutrition (dietary fibers, prebiotics)
-new discoveries in the field of diabetes research
-innovation in diagnosis and treatment of metabolic fatty liver diseases and other chronic diseases

Presentation of the context as lecture, followed by presentation of a research paper related to the topic by the studentÂ

Les étudiants sont évalués sur base de leur connaissance des présentations effectuées au cours (examen écrit) et sur base de la présentation orale de l'article sélectionné.
