Florence Stinglhamber is a professor of organisational and human resources psychology in the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences and a member of the Psychological Sciences Research Institute (IPSY). Her research interests concern mainly work recognition and organisational (de)humanisation.
Mandate: Support the development, evolution and implementation of tools and practices for managing the university's human resources.
