All accommodations are furnished. Bed linen (pillows, sheets, etc.) and crockery are NOT provided.
INTERNET
The tenant contacts an operator of his or her choice.
CHARGES
Charges included, excluding Internet connection.
CLEANING
Weekly cleaning of common areas is provided by the Logistics and Accommodation Service.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A rental security deposit covering possible renting damages is to be paid upon contract signature.
LEASE APPENDIX
It is an integral part of the contract and includes all the rental conditions.
