During the first three weeks of the first semester, from September 9th to 27th, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., a team of local students (CGEI) will welcome you at the Meeting Point located at 10 Rue des Wallons.
From the moment you land, our dedicated welcome team will be there to guide you through every step. We’ll assist with your transportation to your accommodation, provide practical information about campus life and the city, and answer all your questions.
Additionally, we understand that you may have many questions upon your arrival, whether about administrative procedures, course schedules, or social activities. Our team is available to respond to all your inquiries, advise you on the initial steps to take, and direct you to the appropriate resources. We’ll help you activate your student account, obtain your student ID card, and register for orientation and welcome activities.
