If you have lost data from your UCLouvain computer, please contact ServiceDesk (uclouvain.be/8282), with the following information:

  • Landesk number of your computer
  • Name and place of the file
  • Name of the service where data were stored
  • If the file was modified or deleted by mistake, please add the (approximate) date of last modification
