Participants registering until January 15, 2025, will pay:

Normal Rates
Participants registering from January 16, 2025 to February 15, 2025, will pay:
- 750 EUR: Current students from around the world, current EU Blue Book Trainees, former Alumni from the Universit茅 Saint-Louis - Bruxelles (UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles), and unemployed workers.
- 1150 EUR: Other participants
The costs include:
- The issuance of the participation certificate
- Course materials
- Coffee breaks, a welcome dinner, and a farewell cocktail lunch
- Internet access in the classroom
- The university card for access to the campus and the library
The costs do not include:
- Travel expenses to/from Brussels
- Accommodation
Payment Methods
- Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive the necessary payment details via email.
- Payment is made by bank transfer using the structured communication provided.
- An invoice can be provided upon request.
Payment Deadline
- Registration is considered complete upon full payment.
- A staggered payment plan can be requested before the start of the program.
Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal, registration fees are non-refundable if you withdraw during the course of the year.
