Remember that admission procedures precede registration, so apply well in advance. We recommend that you seek information as from March.

The timing and the procedure for entry through VAE are specific to the course for which you are applying. Some programmes require you to attend collective information sessions, others demand written tests following a specific timetable (as from March for some programmes). Please inquire of the programme concerned for the exact entry procedures.
As soon as your admission through VAE has been approved by the jury, you will receive an authorisation for registration issued by the faculty. Once equipped with this authorisation, you should finalise your registration online.听

30 April 2019: closing date for completion of online registration application for students without European Union nationality who are not resident in Belgium.

31 August 2019: closing date for completion of online registration application for students with European Union nationality who are not resident in Belgium.

15 September 2019: closing date completion of online registration application for students of any nationality who are resident in Belgium.

NB: Doctoral admissions are not affected by this timetable: an application for admission to a doctoral programme can be made throughout the year.
