Main selection stagesÂ
- Once you have submitted your application, the recruitment officer will contact you if your profile is among those chosen for a prospective interview.
- Before the interview, you will be asked to complete an online personality questionnaire, the results of which will be discussed during the interview with the recruitment officer.
- An initial interview is held with the recruitment officer.
- If the first interview is positive, a second interview is organised with the department head.
- If you apply for a permanent university level (master’s or above) management post and are selected after the second interview, you will be invited for an interview with a Selection Committee made up of UCLouvain authorities.
- You will be notified of the final decision after a full analysis of your application and interviews.
Recruitment officers are committed to a selection process that prioritises integrity and quality in the service of the institution. They act in accordance with the rules set out in their recruitment best practices.
