Her research focuses on all aspects of family law, and more intensively in recent years on parentage, artificial reproduction techniques, surrogacy, 鈥� in a Belgian and comparative perspective. She has co-authored directed books on those topics.
She has also an intense professional practice of those questions as attorney at the Brussels Bar since 30 years, specialized in family law cases,听and especially international family law cases such international divorces, child abductions cases, international surrogacies鈥�
