New Advanced Masters in European Business and Economic Policy
The European Union environment has become an integrated part in the organisation of business and economic policymaking. Mastering the economic and legal aspects of the European Single Market, the European Monetary Union and EU trade policy are essential to develop the strategies of global business and NGOs as well as to design economic policies.Â
This is not only true for EU firms and European policy makers but also for non-European international actors willing to operate on the EU market and to negotiate with EU authorities. Â Â
The Advanced Masters in European Business and Economic Policy aims to prepare students for managerial positions in European affairs.
The Masters programme is organised jointly by the Louvain School of Management and the Institute for European Studies of the Université Saint Louis UCLouvain Bruxelles.

You are considering:
• a career in business, operating on the European Single Market and the global economy
• a career in European public affairs, lobbying or in NGOs willing to shape EU policies
• a career in the EU or international institutions or in trade diplomacy
• a career in think-tanks, journalism or research institutions focusing on European affairs related to economics and business
The programme is based on high academic standards with highly specialised professors and practitioners working on EU affairs.
The programme includes not only state-of-the-art academic and technical knowledge but also updated case studies so as to provide useful information and methodology on current issues for those who are to be involved in field activities.
The geographical proximity of Brussels, the centre of the European institutions and lobbying enhances the business and policy-oriented aspects of the programme with the participation of field experts from EU institutions, businesses, NGOs or consultants in European affairs.
Events such as visits of EU institutions, NGOs and think-tanks as well as attending EU affairs conferences will be organized throughout the year to familiarize our students with the Brussels EU bubble. A recreational team building event is also part of this programme.
